Welcome to Trento's Martial Arts and Fitness Center!
We are committed to providing the highest quality in martial arts training and fitness instruction. Our martial arts and fitness programs are traditional and sport Taekwondo, Israeli Haganah, Battle Ready Kicboxing, and Muay Thai, taught by Master Andrew Trento. Each program has been specifically designed to help our students of all ages to reach their highest potential physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. TMAFC has created a positive and safe environment for our members to achieve all their personal goals. We are currently located in Saddle Brook, New Jersey, inside Strive Health and Fitness with easy access to all major highways in Bergen County.

Goju-Shorei Weapons Club
Alpha and Bravo Clubs
TMAFC has a Goju-Shorei Weapons Club that just started in January 2024. Many people take virtually who are out of state. The club is $400 for a 6 month period, once a month for two hours. If you're interested, you can contact us today.
Qigong Workshop
February 20, 2022
TMAFC is going to bring back quarterly Workshops for Qigong! They will be 90 min to two hour workshops. The class will be open to the public and do a different set along with basic meditative movements. First workshop will be next month in February! $35 per person.
HagAnaH F.I.G.H.T Rank Testing
Wednesday Feb 28 6:30pm
Testing for HagAnaH F.I.G.H.T rank testing is scheduled three times a year at the end of each cycle for those who are ready and qualify. The next testing will be Wednesday Feb 28th.
AAU New Jersey Taekwondo Championships
May 11, 2024 at Teaneck Armory
The AAU New Jersey State Taekwondo Championships will be in Teaneck, NJ at the Teaneck Armory on Saturday May 11. Any students wanting to compete should contact Master Trento or Master Volk ASAP and sign up at tourneyreg.net. You will NEED your AAU membership number. Officials and coaches also must have current membership.
TMAFC Adult Black Belt Testing
April 1-6, 2024
TMAFC holds Black Belt testing twice a year! This April the six day testing will be April 1-6. Master Kathy will be doing workshops that weekend as well. The final day testing starts at 1pm. Guests are welcome to come to support. All students in uniform who attend will receieve class credit.
TMAFC Belt Testing
May 30, 2024
Belt Testing will be for all Juniors (13 and under) on Thursday May 30 at 4:30pm. Teen and Adult Testing will be 6:30pm Thursday May 30. Juniors have to have their Teacher and Parent forms due on Wed the 29th. ALL Exam forms are due the 28th as well. There will be make up tip testing and full review the week before. Private lessons for make up tips and just test review will also be available
TMAFC Closed for AAU Taekwondo Nationals!
Monday July 1 to Sat July 6
TMAFC will be closed the week of July 1st through 6th for AAU Taekwondo Nationals. Our staff will be coaching or officiating. We wish luck to all attending and to any athletes attending and trying their hand for any of the national teams!
